With over a decade of service in the Royal Navy in the Logistics Branch, I developed the discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape my career today. Since leaving the Service in 1997, I’ve worked across industries and environments that demand a broad understanding of manual handling equipment (MHE) and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

After many years working in warehouse and industrial settings, and having been trained by some excellent instructors myself, I decided it was time to take my experience to the next level. In October 2023, I became a qualified trainer. Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise to include equipment plants such as Overhead Gantry Cranes and Cherry Pickers, as well as non-MHE qualifications including Banksman and Abrasive Wheel training.

Establishing MHElevation in 2023, I take pride in delivering high-quality, engaging training that prioritizes health and safety while adapting to the learning needs of individuals. My goal is to support trainees at all levels, helping them build confidence, competence, and lasting skills with a focus on safety.

I’m passionate about passing on my knowledge and look forward to continuing to support candidates in their professional growth.
